Billing, credits, and auto-recharge

You can manage all billing settings, credit balances, and usage statistics directly from the dashboard under AdminBilling.

Yapper Subscription

Yapper has a simple subscription model for accessing the service.

Prepaid Credits

In addition to the subscription, if your account is configured for centralized usage billing, your assistant's responses consume prepaid credits.

Note: If your account uses your own API keys (bring-your-own-key), you are not billed for credit usage. The prepaid balance and auto-recharge settings are hidden in this case.

Usage and Costs

You can monitor how much your assistant is costing you during the current cycle.

Failed Payments and Warnings

If an auto-recharge payment or a subscription renewal fails, or your balance drops too low, Yapper notifies you to avoid service interruptions.

Deleting Your Account

If you need to close your account and delete your data, you can queue an asynchronous account deletion from the dashboard.

  1. Go to AdminBilling and click Delete Account.
  2. Type your account ID and then the word DELETE when prompted to confirm the deletion.
  3. Once confirmed, the deletion request is queued for processing and you will be logged out of Yapper immediately.
  4. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your connected senders, team members, customers, and conversation histories are permanently deleted.
